All Saint's Day. I've never been a fan of visiting tombstones on November 1.
Nevertheless it was a shock to learn that the authorities destroyed the grave of my mother because the concession came to an end. They put a warning poster on the cemetery and if you don't react they remove the grave, that's it. So what did I do this year?
I cut a larger painting in small pieces, acted on them again and put those pieces in flowerbeds and trees near the graves of my parents.
Item 1 is for my dad, item 2 is for my mum, item 3 is for my second mum, item 4 I made for my brother and I. Because we are still alive I've kept item 4.
