Large painted envelope I mailed to Cathérine Petré in Belgium.
Another topic of obsession for me.
A return to my first experiments in painting: frottages of charcoal, cray, soft and greasy pastels on which I add some ink and watercolours. It works on an envelope as well to my own delight and surprise. Of course you need a fixation to finish and stabilize the results.
I abandoned this type of painting because it became "too succesfull". The danger of repeating a trick kills any artist.
